Their Crime: medic and cav right at beginning of round crowded arty and blocked canon. they were politely asked to move multiple times by the arty player and myself. They spent about 4 minutes of round blocking arty and goofing around and drinking tea until arty player quit.

after seen your vid and checking logs it comes to a clear situation. Both players blocked arty for minutes and without checking around. So, to keep server clear of disturbing behaviors - both players are banned for now.
