Write your apology: Your jannies should say all charge or tell the erson to charge instead of giving official warnings or bans because how the fuck is the player supposed to know. I do not deliberately delay after all there is no point, I just never know if anyone else is alive. Bozhe tsarya kraniy!

Since there hasn´t been an update for this request - it is denied by now.
If player in question is interested to be unbanned - he has to write a new request.
