Reason for your ban: Basically, me and some other dude have the same serial number for the game (I presume),  so in reality i was never banned because I have never even played the game. (This has happened to me on multiple servers on Warband including Mount and Siege). I played this game as a kid with my cousin and i really loved it. I decided to give it a shot now, but I can't even play the game.

Without your GUID I can't help you. Please add that to your request. To find it out, join a server like EU Commander or Groupfighting. You should see your GUID as a message when joining.

Hey, I joined EU Commander and it doesn't say enything about my GUID, but my ID number is 1278. I guess that's it haha

Okay, we looked into it. Based on the names in the logs, your guid is used by many players. This probably means that this key is publicly available through a keyreseller.
We can't unban you therefore, since there are trolls using this key as well. Please use the game as an officially bought game on Steam or so.
