Their Crime: Trolling as sapper. Built dirt mounds at art, built dirt mounds at gate despite being on attacking team, and proceeded to destroy ramps. He kept team hitting people.

thank you for bringing this to our attention. I found multiple other ocasions of this player trolling and so they are permanently banned.
