Evidence: Please check logs. Person was warned multiple times and had the rules explained to them. They violated the server rules and refused to close ranks.

Hi Steve, having looked at the logs I have found the time in question and it looks to be that this individual was in charge of an artillery regiment. In this instance I will have to reject this ban request as artillery are allowed to spread, it should be the case that this rule is enforced automatically as we have scripts active which should prevent line infantry from spreading out.
For reference Artillery, Light Infantry (Includes Friekorps and Line Militia), Rifles, Cavalry are all units that are allowed to spread out. Thanks again for submitting a report it is much appreciated when players go to the effort.
