Hello Ally,
Clip doesn´t show when the last bots of player died. Therefor its not clear if he did not technically end his charge at the charged unit.
But it seems he played often "on the edge" at that day.
Because of the fact he seemed to perform better usually (very low amount of former punishments) and the fact that i cant clearly say if it is a bad timed ended charge - I keep this case open to see how player in question performs in future.
I will have a look in logs regarding him from time to time and check this thread for updates.

Since this isn´t helping this case in any way - it will be handled as never written. The only reason I don´t delete such things is the fact that they are later probably part of a bigger picture.
