Evidence: screenshots. He has been delaying for 10 minutes straight with full server, also he is not a new player. On EU_Commander just look for grobputina, everything is detailed there. Sorry i can't upload the screenshots here due the limit of the server

After rechecking logs its clear what the intention was. Player didnt take action through the whole round and started to delay the round for at least over 8 minutes.
Request approved - player banned.
