Evidence: Image and logs - As seen in the picture, rotating reloading and shooting while using his bots as spawns hidden in the corner of the map. Told him in chat to stop it, kept doing it until he killed me as the last of the match.

Thanks for your report. After reviewing the logs, I've concluded that the offender is probably a new player, plus the evidence you provided was quite inconclusive. For now this ban request is rejected, but we'll keep watch for any future offense by this player.
