Evidence:
He ramboed me and afterwards when I told him that he ramboed me and obstructed my path he exclaimed "Hell yeah!" That exchange is visible in logs at the subsequent initial minute of the next map. In the first attachment above he is the mounted heavy cav "soloist". In the second screenshot, from the same match, he has 16 deaths, his cav had 17 men, meaning he was still mounted in the very closing seconds of the match (screenshots hastily done upon my "death") when he attacked solo my unit.
Please check the logs, including his brazen admitting.

I have reviewed your evidence & the logs, At no point does the player admit knowledge of the rules or any wrong doing. The player has no punishment history & is likely a new player trying to learn.
