What happened: Well before someone called me a rape baby and I insulted them back, and Dima told me to be civil, he said I knew what the rules were and to be fair I never really checked the actual website for the full rules, so I did. when I did I asked him why didnt he ask the other guy that was calling me a rape baby lol to be civil, and just me. After I asked him this, and said he seemed a little bias, he said something about me insulting him and banned me.

First of all, you got a temp ban. Not a perm ban.
Why did I do this ? Cause you're not only arguing about the rules, you also have a bad behaviour - insulting both players and admins.
You wrote before the incident - I was a bit busy and Nutcase was probably afk so no one gave you a warning :

After reviewing the logs, it is clear that Dima's temp ban was justified.
