Their Crime: Delaying solo when last, delaying with unit by staying in corner (he doesnt even shoot from there until everyone in his team is dead) not participating multiple rounds in a row. I've heard others complain about him previous days, dont know what else he did.

added another screen (with red rectangle) - got dropped before i could get better one - in that game he was left with 20+ bots vs 1 and he never charged, just ran the clock till it was draw

I can confirm this. A map before, he was also trying to delay as the last one alive (while mounted). Fortunately, he was killed quickly, but unfortunately got no evidence for this.
