Their Crime: Rambo cav. I would not be reporting him for a one time incident except he was rambo cav for last minute of round and then said "sorry for rambo" and quit so he obviously didn't care and did it on purpose.
Evidence: in video link with 10:38 you see Tom has 2 alive when i click on board. He is dragoon. 10 seconds later at 10:48 in kill feed you see his last dragoon bot get killed so he is last alive from then on. he goes on to circle rocket and rifle for nearly 2 minutes killing rifle bots. He was trying to kill more but he is a trash player so he was whiffing. then he says in chat "sorry for rambo" and quits
again I wouldn't normally report someone without multiple instances but i expect he maybe has done this before based on his behaviour.
