It has been rather long time since any of current senior Minisiege admins (or others from management for that matter)
have been regurlarly active on the server, it is high time to get some more seniors.
Don't really care who makes these decisions and based on what merits, but need for active senior admins is dire -- something needs to be done.
My vote goes for Callum. He is most active and paired with his ability to use reason and logic puts him miles ahead of other potential candidates.

Well, yesterday, 12-2-26, he ignored warnings that a player was blocking his own team's spawn exits. Damn, he's old, we have to put him down like a lame horse.

On-topic: Txendo is right, yesterday was bit of a fuck-up from the admins.
There was defender sapper blocking defender spawn doors with earthworks.
For round and a half as it kept happening, people were complaining about this in chat.
There were two admins (one of whom was Callum) and it took them as said,
round and a half to do anything about it - which was a purple text.
What is happening when both admins are ignoring the chat... afk or playing intensely or whatever reasons we can come up with.
As far as I know in this instance, both were there, playing.
If admins are not expected to moderate the server all the time, why are they tagged in as admins?
Use an alias and dont login with admin pass or whatever you need to do not to be registered as an admin.
It is disheartening for the players to see admins idle or worst yet, be present playing the game but ignoring all trolling and wrongdoers.
I wish this was a singular instance but this is happening more and more (this is not about Callum).
If you are not on the server, to do or willing to do, moderation as an admin and are there just to play casually, do not tag in and confuse players with an admins presence.
It is becoming more and more frequent that admins only start reacting once trolls/wrongdoers affect them.
Be that as it may, this forum post is for discussion about the servers dire need of someone with higher powers than just regular admin as all current seniors and server management seem to have left the server.
