Evidence: He attacked our units, then retreated to his own teams bridge side, dismounted, tried to kill his horse which didnt worked, mounted again and charged alone the remaining units of my team.

The was ramboing in this case. However, he has no punishments. Banning a player for ramboing without a warning from an admin is not a proportionate response. The case will be closed at this, Please reapply if it continues to be an issue.
