Their Crime: Not stopping insulting player and me. He is too agressive via team members. he try to take the lead and if someone do somting elese he insult or got mad ;D

From what i could see in the Logs, guy in question is sometimes a bit overheated probably.
A permanent ban would be a bit too harsh in such a situation . We‘ll keep an eye on him and will let ihm know if he‘s overdoing next time.

No- dont understand me wrong. It is absolutely okay to write a ban-request here if you think something happened what should probably be punished.
It gives us the opportunity to sort that things out and have an eye on problematic players even if a ban-request is not approved.
