Hello Focus,
Sorry but there is no-one by the name of "minisiege" with a GUID of "Oguzhan_tR" banned on Minisiege.
I've also noticed you have mixed the unban and ban request format, if you have put in the incorrect details, please re-apply using only the unban request pre-made format.
GUID is numbers only, they have no text. E.g. 1822140
