I stand by the ban the amount of times you've been warned/temp banned, a perm ban is definitely needed to hopefully make you reflect on your behaviour

You are not only permanently banned, but got also 8 times slayed and 4 times temporary banned before. How do you explain this ?
Considering you were an admin before, you should know the rules better. If you want to get unbanned, adjust your apology.

You have refused to amend your apology to take into account Someone's questions on how you acquired your other punishments, thus I will be denying this unban request as it doesn't look like you want to take this seriously. I honestly expected better out of you Scarecrow.
