Why do you want to become admin?: Because i see that many players break rules,and that s not fair,so sometimes server dont have admins and then people start to breaking rules.

For the patience by reapplying again shows the many interest you have in the game on our server.
However i have noticed that you aren't active enough to be able to apply for application.
Second, by further investigating inside the logs i have seen material that isn't positive on your side and hereby declining your application.
I advice you to be mature and to be honest as that will achieve you more.
