He's a player with very high ping and Argentina banner. Unfortunately he doesn't even communicate. He ruins every single round for his team but most importantly he does ramboing whenever he gets the chance. he's told ramboing always.
the screenshots are from a video and i can upload it if it's necessary(my upload speed is very slow).

Hello toorx0,
The player in question got slayed and temp banned at 23th of april. After that punishments there is no sign of ramboing in the logs.
So let´s see if he understood and the punishments did what they are there for.
If not, pls inform us.
This case will stay open for the reasons above.
