In total you've been slayed 9 times, have been temporary banned 5 times and have 2 permanent bans under your belt.
Due to the amount of received punishments (especially 2 permanent bans) we cannot see any reason to unban you from Minisiege due to your previous record/behaviour.
You have shown to us that you will consistently break rules after all these punishments (before the 2nd permanent ban). Even if you're 1stEB, I can't let that slide.
