I have a couple of points that i found in the logs that i want to share with you.
Your activity on the server is currently too low, we require our admins to be active before they apply.
Your English is decent but still need some attention as you stated: 18:27:27 - [8pk_StKan_PyuPyuMF] My english also bad
Then there is something that gets you triggered if the team/mate gets you in a bad position by either losing the round or having your bots getting killed because of that and that behaviour is something we don't want in our team however i'm not dropping the ball on you.
I suggest that you reapply again next year in Januari 2022 and bumping this thread again when ready.
