Why do you want to become admin?:
Darpkins told me that applications are open and that I could become an admin. At first I wasn't too interested, but then I thought of all the times when there were no admins online and trolls ran amok across the server because there was no one to warn them. Maybe it's a good idea that I should apply and help keeping the server nice and troll-free. Whether you think I would be a good fit and make a good admin or not is up to you. Should I become an admin I would take it seriously and do what would be expected of me.

There is more but I think that gets the point across. It doesn't exactly show the right attitude we would want in our admins. As things are you are quite likely to be muted if that behaviour carries on anyway.

Naturally, if you clean up your act there is always the possibility to reapply later down the line.

Hi it's Jaime again. I know my behaviour in chat wasn't perfect but admins swear and insult sometimes too. Besides the chat though I was punished only once because I didn't realise that placing TNT's is forbidden and costs a lot of BPs. Other than that I was never trolling.
If you ever want a quality person, such as myself, to become an admin and ban a couple of terrible trolls (I can think of several names off the top of my head) as well as make sure that no one else breaks any rules then I am willing to become one.
But that is up to you.
Also, I am not doing it for myself. I am just one of the players that's fed up with people destroying friendly sapper works/teamhitting/otherwise trolling and getting away with it.

May as well add some additions to this since you decided too.

Jaime was rejected for his behaviour in chat, but as stated here in the rejection, there was always a path open to reapply if he decided to take our feedback on board and change his ways.

Instead, he doubled down on chat trolling and harassment of members of my admin team, which resulted in him today being muted on the server. Which shows the opposite of what we want from a member of our admin team and confirming that we were right to deny his application.
