Why do you want to become admin?: To be honest, I lost some interest in the game a couple years back when I left the 33rd, but recently, I've started playing more, not by regimental LBs and such, but rather having fun by playing on my own in several servers including EU Commander. I had played here before a couple years back and the rules haven't changed from my POV, so when I started playing again it was rather easy for me.
I have also noticed that, at least in my Timezone, there is a lack of staff members to which I would like to fill that gap since I have the IG experience and although I don't have many hours as I'm writing this, I'm willing to dedicate a bit more to the server.

I've said this in every admin app I've made and this one shall be no different: I don't like to admin whenever I don't have time and when I play the game for too long as my experience speaks, I get tired and might make the wrong decisions that will influence others. Therefore I prefer to admin whenever I have some spare time OR if the server needs staffing urgently and I will also try not to staff long hours to avoid the issues stated above.
