After reading into the logs, i've come to the conclusion of the following:
1: I wouldn't have punished for this myself, as I would generally ignore chat.
2: You were chatting all day, so fair enough, but were (for the majority of time) just talking to yourself.
In conclusion, this is a non issue to me. Discussing isn't against the rules, attempted inciting in chat, which in some cases you were, can be viewed as an act of misconduct in the eyes of some. However, to me personally, I don't care. The Admin Guidelines are clear in the regards of this and the admin just did what they were told there. But nontheless, we have noted your feedback in regards to the situation and I will make the admin team aware, which Bethrezen has actually already done himself.
View me as a friend or foe to Montgomery, view this as an inadequate answer - it is entirely up to yourself.
