Entirely hypothetically speaking, I could see him getting kills with Arty even if at times some random medicol dokter were to stand on top of his cannon (both mounted and on wheels ones) and or howitzer. +1
Not that I have ever done so, or publicly admit doing so. All this is entirely hypothetical. Fuguzi just looks to be competent enough to be able to manage his job as arty despite if someone WERE to do so, that's all.
