Hello Vex,

Thank you for your application. However, let's get some things clarified first, before we move on:

- "I’ve noticed players who don’t help their teammates but instead heal opponents" - we don't care if players don't help their teammates, try to take enemies prisoners, dance with the enemy, heal the enemy, etc. As long as you're not blocked or hindered directly to reach the enemy flag by your own teammates (e.g. blocking the entrance to a fort by friendly sapper, blocking your arty, teamkicking, teamkilling etc.), we won't do anything about it

- "stay idle at spawn" - we don't usually care about that either. Only bother swapping to spec if the idle player is a key class like arty or sapper

- "I want the server to resemble a proper siege, not a playground for trolls." - completely agree with you, as long as we agree that a troll is a player who breaks the server rules, not a player who doesn't play for the objective

These things being said, if you still want to become admin and you fully agree with what I wrote above, please reply here and your observation period will start.
