I'm sorry for replying only now. I've been seriously busy. Referring to your statement:
- "I’ve noticed players who don’t help their teammates but instead heal opponents" - we don't care if players don't help their teammates, try to take enemies prisoners, dance with the enemy, heal the enemy, etc. As long as you're not blocked or hindered directly to reach the enemy flag by your own teammates (e.g. blocking the entrance to a fort by friendly sapper, blocking your arty, teamkicking, teamkilling etc.), we won't do anything about it
>On one hand, I agree with you, but if a medic is helping the opponents and they are one of the key classes, isn’t that actually problematic? Of course, I can adapt to your guidelines, but I believe that, to some extent, it does hinder access to the enemy flag.
- "stay idle at spawn" - we don't usually care about that either. Only bother swapping to spec if the idle player is a key class like arty or sapper

- "I want the server to resemble a proper siege, not a playground for trolls." - completely agree with you, as long as we agree that a troll is a player who breaks the server rules, not a player who doesn't play for the objective
