Like all great "contracts" we have this nice little clause at the bottom, to avoid a massive forum post that no one would read because it's too long:
If I were to write every scenario under the sun into the rules, it'd be an extremely long list so we have to generalise there - regardless, Rule 2 of "not allowed" can cover this scenario too if we really wanted to. And before anyone mentions "it's not in-game rules either" - it has a character limit so it directs you to the forums here.
Anyway, as you said yourself you don't care, so I guess everything is sorted then.
