Alright, so we've looked at our logs for evidence of the leaving and rejoining and the chat afterwards. We decided that we don't have a problem with the leaving and rejoining for extra lives. This is something that many defenders do and it seems rather unfair to ask admins to not do it when everyone else can. The chat, however, we decided was rather unprofessional and we will ask him to be more professional in future in regards to communicating with players.
