From what i saw in this thread i can conclude the following.
Player in question was in mid of charge when he got slay by an admin in question. His last bot was stuck in enemy line inf based on evidence provided in this thread. I read logs also there was no prior warning before slaying the player i question. Those are all facts.
Now to answer and finish this discussion. Admin in question has acted according to current situation as he explained himself in this thread. He explained his reasons for doing so, and I can`t argue with that bc I was not on server. Admin has the power to act on his own at given situation and sometimes mistakes are made. In this particular situation i would check team balance, possible number of closest bots who can be potential target for lone cav, so based on that would decide to slay or wait to see his next move, but that is me. Admin did how he saw most fit and, me personal do not think that your act deserved a slay on spot, but this is deferentially not a reason for suspension of admin or any other act towards him. He was acting on his own perception, there was no deliberate attention to do you harm, was nothing personal.
So to conclude from what i saw i think you din`t have to be slayed but that is done and we move on. Sometimes it happens to me to, I apologize and we move on with the game. But this is the time when i see and admit my error, it this particular case admin doesn't think he did anything wrong so no need for apologies, and I most centrally will not force him to do so just to make us look any nicer. Also I can`t promise that things like this and similar stuff will not happen again because like I said there was not ill intention toward any of you so not much advice can be given, or much to learn from this. Every situation if different, and requires different approach to it.
You must understand that in RL (am a lawyer) we all stick to the law and judges judge by the law but not all judges decide the same in same situations, so like here you can write an appeal to present your case, so someone else looks into it. So we did look into this and saw that infraction from admin was a minor and as such does not require any acting on our behalf. You can be satisfied that you have proved your point you wore right (imo) he was wrong.
