sadly the link you provided cannot be accessed. Perhaps this is caused by the privacy settings applied to this screenshot.
However, based on the description, I can tell you that in order to qualify for the butcher reward, you will have to score a high amount of kills on numerous occasions in melee. A single such feat is a step in the right direction, but a few more such cases are required to gain the award.
Feel free to provide additional evidence in this thread when you feel you have fulfilled these requirements and we will take another look at it.
