You were indeed temp banned for spamming that chat after a warning by another admin. Admittedly, I would not have banned you for that myself but that's because most of what you were saying was directed at me and I don't care enough to stop that, however, had it been about another player or admin, I likely would've given you the same warning that was given to you by that admin.
The content of the discussion wasn't the main problem, it was the spamming even when no one was replying to you. If you had been permabanned or muted then your complaint would've been fully valid but as you were given a warning by an admin to stop but then you continued and were then banned, I see no reason to do anything about this.
In conclusion, I wouldn't have banned you myself but the admin in question didn't do anything wrong either. Your temp ban is already over as I'm writing this, so I'll see you in-game again and maybe next time take the admin warning seriously.
