As I already told you in private, I can't unban your ID.

You have been punished lots of times and permanently banned twice since you said you last played the game, in 2018. Strange thing that your in-game NWP user seems to have been created in 2020.
So, either you're lying, which is highly probable, or there's something else happening, like someone else playing with your ID etc. Whichever the case, I cannot risk unbanning you since your arguments are not convincing at all.
