Their Crime: massive delaying, suiciding and general team sabotage. Openly admits it all in chat logs. He was afk for a round and i called him out on it. we then were arguing in chat and he said he would ruin the server everyday by joining my team and trying to lose on purpose and delaying. He also said he would ban evade with his many keys. The whole server was complaining to him and he didn't care and said i needed to apologise. 
Evidence: Ally took this evidence but I have more if needed. he delayed for over 7 or 8 minutes one round. at least 5 or 6 another. stayed way in back of map the whole round and then delayed after team was dead.
