this case in under review.
After seen the logs and some videos of the situation it became clear:
Player in question kept his men behind hill and attacked alone (at least 3 times) to fight and get the life of his bots then.
Even when he was last of his squad he dismounted in the fight to mount a stronger horse and keep attacking alone.
Request approved - player banned.
