Incarnation of TeaRemove medic and general unit they are fixed/permamently

Give them abiliy to put down/up sandbag wall and/or anticav barricade. Would make last stands more fun. And provides stuff to do early/mid game.
Maybe even an ability to rearm infantry. In late game, getting ie. 5 extra ammo can mean a lot.
Make them a full on support unit, just being a medic is lackluster.
