Hello Ally,

at first clip there is technically no rambo situation. Cav player is allowed to end his charge at the charged unit. He can´t leave far away and come in again and so on - but he is allowed to ride his horse through the charged line again and again - if he doesn´t leave the charge. So in that case player in question was in the rules.

For all other incidences at all days in the clips and in the logs - player is hell of a rambo.
Even with low amount of punishment he can´t declare unguilty because he´s a regular player at server.

This case has to be approved. Player banned for now.
