Date and hour of crime (UTC/GMT) - (DD/MM/YY): GMT +2 Between and around 1400 hrs and 1500 hrs (2 PM - 3 PM) 21/09/22
Their Crime: Intentionally standing in front of friendly cannon so it can't shoot. Also kicking the player using it and 'harassing him'. This lasted for several games in a row. He did not stop even after several people asked him to.
Evidence: In the screenshots you can see New_Player321 leading a Landwehr Regiment. They are standing in front of the cannon. Meanwhile he himself is trying to kick the player using the cannon several times. The pictures themselves where of the last time I witnessed which was somewhere after 1500 hrs or 3PM.
