Thank you for your report.
I have checked out the logs of 2 weeks, ive noticed that the player in question has only logged in for 3 days. I assume that he is new however i see older data of him that he plays on the server.
It can that he doesn't know the rules or he is doing it on purpose so hereby the ban application is Denied for now however this thread will be open for future aditions and will be closely monitored by the admin team.
