I couldn't call it going to the friendly lines that's why i am reporting now. He wasn't using the safest way. Luckily he could only use an arti horse. He was also already safe. In the situations like that the cav players i respect mostly choose to unmount instantly or stay unmounted.

That´s a thing what cannot be seen in the logs and on your photos. But that is what i tried to say: Player in question will not be banned at that point. He would be lighter punished if an admin would have been there.

But it was not a bannable offense at this point and surely not if he behaves well usually.

This have couldn't been an excuse not to ban regular players who breaks the rules rarely. There are a lot of regular and experienced players who play/break the rule a little bit rarely and don't get any punishment thanks to this excuse. So can I rambo once a month in a hard match? and of course after enemy players warn me i can insult them.

Please don´t misunderstand my words. The player is on Blacklist now so that he can be watched. If an admin would have been on server - he would have been punished. But it is not enough to permaban that player.
