Thank you for the evidence.

By looking in the logs, the player in question was indeed delaying however i couldn't see any other incidents or punishments been given.
On another note, [Coffee] Tamer was only playing at 02/08/2024, before of that he hasn't been playing on the server so maybe its a new player that needs to learn how the game works and lets sincerely hope it really is that because its a questionable one.

For now i'll let this thread open for a while if something new occurs.
