Good day. The verdict in the case bellow: https://nwpublic.eu/thread-1467.html , where judge's reason of the verdict was presented as procedural, must be reappraised due to procedural mistake committed by the court.
The missing data clearly points out to the temporary ban, where I was neither aware why and whence that ban commenced, neither have I been aware why and when it was lifted. And it was lifted, as previously mentioned, without my knowledge within 24 hours.
At the time I still had the same name of Bacon Genocide where confusion in the litigating parties, who are obviously and irrationally adversarial towards me, was incepted when my, aforementioned original profile, was deleted without my knowledge or volition - sleeping on the keyboard is something we all experienced.
Upon making another, where original steam ID cannot be ''masked'' nor my only steam key can be changed - as a result overturns my adversaries' claims, i.e. the real state of affairs directly contradicts the verdict based on faulty premises.
I also never hid my previous ingame name nor who I am. Moreover continuously during the years I always pointed out to my real identity, something that can be easily checked and proven.
I ask of the court to check its logs and other judges-administrators who (unbeknownst to me) handled my previous case, I ask that current unjustly attributed trespasses towards me are erased from my criminal record, I demand moral compensation and opening of the counter case where this venerable court should turn its attention towards its corrupt members and address their illegal power abusing conspiratorial ways.
Since my litigators presented only hearsay and no evidence, and since the verdict was given on faulty procedural grounds, I humbly ask this court to reappraise its verdict and overturn it as there is no legal ground to uphold it.
