[Approved] Ban Request Ripley_Stinker

Their Crime: Sappeur trolling, gate openning, destroying friendly sapperworks, plank spam, bp waste etc

I don't know if you guys gonna ban him, but putting his GUID on some "soon-to-be-banned-list" would be nice.

So, we were playing Island Fortress, the one with wooden bridge in the middle. Ripley was attacker's sappeur, and at some point he started blocking the bridge entrance with, well everything he could:

I told him I gonna report him if he doesn't stop, only to get no relpy. 
Other player suggested Ripley always trolls, maybe you guys have logs for that:

So, after he was TK'd by our team, he began to plank spam, making us run out of BP's

After a while there were so many of them, we couldn't pass the bridge again:

He was TK'd the second time at this point. 

The next map was Russian Fort, Ripley joined defenders, so forst the first round I was unable to see what he was doing, however the first thing I saw
when I joined defenders after a round, was him opening the gate:

As the round went on, Ripley decided to destroy some of our sapperworks:

At this point I left the game, so I don't know if there's more to the story. 
Oh btw, he's capable of speaking english (spoke later, didn't make a screen, sry), so it's not like he didn't understand us or "it was his first playtrough".

I know you guys aren't keen on permabanning players, and our community is getting smaller everyday, but please consider permaban for this guy. 
What he did was not one-time-trolling-for-fun, but a deliberate action to make the game harder and unpleasant for both sides.
Or maybe you guys know him as a troll and I'm writing too much, so thanks for reading this far.

Hi Gwyndolin,

It is true we aren't keen on permabanning players, and the cases where we straight up permanently ban people are extremely rare. Normally, we wouldn't do it in this case either, especially since this player has no records of previously breaking the rules. But, this case is more special, because the guy joined the server for the sole purpose of trolling, and he has done so for almost one hour and a half. In doing so, he has upset lots of players, players who complained about it but, like you said, he just didn't care. The actions of one single player affected the gameplay of tens of other people who just wanted to have some fun. All things considered, we have decided to permanently ban Ripley_Stinker from the Minisiege server.
