I saw Radomir kicking his teammates. His behavior has not changed. He has 2 slays and 1 temp ban. I think he should be banned.

Agreed. Either ban him now, and the start a dialogue if/when he seeks an unban, or we keep checking his records to see if he does it again..then start the same process. I.e - Full Ban either gets rid of him or (if unbanned) makes him fully aware that he's on super thin ice.
