Their Crime: Repeated harassment of me and other players, spanning roughly an hour. Heavy usage of racial slurs, fascist language and personal threats. 
Evidence: Attached find screenshots of some of his insults. However, I want to note here that this has been a very continous display of his, spanning over several weeks. He is quite often straight up harassing people, always over the span of a long time period, not as singular insults. There were also a lot of witnesses. Sadly, the admin that was online didn't do anything against this, not even a warning message. Due to this, I would like to use this path to formally request a ban of said user, ideally a permanent ban - given his very frequent history of harassment. If needed, I have several witnesses that may testify this.

Hello again,

After reading your request and seeing your screenshots but also after making some further investigations of our own (checking the logs, receiving other admin's opinions and proof of his behaviour etc.) we have decided that the player Zhan- will be permanently muted on this server.

We will also keep an eye on him - further disregard of the rules will lead to a permanent ban.
