Admin experience: I have made and helped manage discord groups/communities (100+ members), managed guilds in varies games like bdo, wow, vindictus, eve online, etc. (I dont know if it counts but I have also helped alot of people from the regiments i am on with numerous things.)

Why do you want to become admin?: Me and my friends play alot of minisiege between 23:00 pm and 4:00 am and during those hours normaly theres no admins online. The amount of people online at those hours varies quite alot depending on the day of the week but we can see between 30/40 players online during those hours on a decent day.
Unfortunaly I have found myself seeing people trolling the artillery members, abusing map bugs or straight up griefing without being able to do anything about it and just having to wait for them to leave or for the map to change. Some of the maps in the rotation are not rly good for a "low" number of players to have a balance gameplay (or it gets too hard to attack and people start leaving or the defending team just gets crushed in few minuts). In short I would like to become a minisiege admin to make the server a bit more "healthier" during those hours by trying to solve those problems and others that may appear along the way.
