Their Crime: Consistently Arty trolling/stealing. Teamhitting/kicking. Harassing/trolling. Every time I see him.

I haven't taken many screenshots as I was unaware the website had changed-- thought it was down or something.  You'll just have to trust me as a loyal player, this guy is bad news.

Since the player has made a habit in breaking the rules, and has been punished repeatedly by the admins, together with the evidence you've shown us and some logs I've checked, it looks like the only fair conclusion to this ban request is to [bold]approve[/bold] it.
