I have contacted our state of the art Research and Development team in relation to the "O Chat problem" that woes the unsuspecting player. They have come back to me! Splendid news; in mere minutes of my request, they have applied a fix for this and it will be available to all in the next servers restart! And it didn't take six months to do it! (as in, if you chat in O chat it also mutes you there)

I'll just add this to the thread, yet again Marth was spewing his evil and hateful rhetoric on the server, ruining the experience of players. It is becoming a daily occurance at this point and it's evident that nothing short of AT THE VERY LEAST a temporary ban will deter him. This measure is essential not only to address his relentless harassment of innocent players but also to send a clear message that such behavior will not be tolerated, and that there will be consequences for his actions.
