To my excuse I can only add that I kicked the player not to tease him, but only because he rammed my way and I could not go, although the round earlier I was killed by the admin for shooting him in the back, but I only did because it was the end of the round and the next one started and we were at the spawning station.

I do not know how much the earlier history of ban influences, but I will point out here in one post that when I got temporary bans it was also for prosaic reasons, such as crossing the balcony (using glitches) or throwing molotov, which I did in the last second of the round.
