Their Crime: Kicking me. Has been going on for a while now. Kicks me with no admins nearby, then runs off down some rat hole. Got to the point where I downloaded recording software solely to put an end to it. Did it again today first time I used it. Persisted even though I'd warned him I was recording. I'd be willing to drop this if he just agrees to stop, otherwise the guy needs to go.

The later evidence I provided was recorded/screenshotted in the days after I first warned you. Regardless, we both know this has been going on for like a month. I still don't even know what I did to piss you off in the first place. And whilst I don't like being accused of lying (the evidence speaks for itself), I'm not a vindictive man by inclination, so I accept your apology. It's a shame it's come to this because, like you say, you are indeed an active player, we've been playing for years together without any issue, and I can't think of any other real instances of you trolling. I would suggest filling out an unban request, and perhaps we can put this behind us.

You did nothing to me, but if you think about it I did something to you... Just a few kicks, friendly kicks. I receive them constantly and I know is not personal. Is not any issue between us, tbh.
Anyways, if your gameplay was truly disturbed I'm sorry and that's it. I don't think an unban request is necessary if all is solved here, but if is necessary tell me.

It was annoying, yeah. Especially when it got me killed, but forgive and forget, I guess. We're cool as far as I'm concerned. I'm convinced you won't be doing it again, so I'd unban you if it was up to me, but obviously I don't have the power to do that. They may read this and unban you from purely from our exchange here, or they may want you to submit an unban request, I've no idea. I'd submit one anyway if I was you. Mention that we've resolved the issue between us, you're sorry and won't be doing it again, I'm sure you'll be unbanned.

This is a bit ridiculous. The kicks might break the rules but Napoleon, how can you perma ban him for only 3 kicks, no one else's account, and without any prior warnings? If you did that for every one there would be 1 or more players perma banned every night until you only had serious players like incapable and marth left and the server would die out for being so boring. The cult classic culture in this game and Mod is part of what has kept it alive, a big part of why a lot of people play - because it's funny! This involves people having a laugh, communicating with the body language, kicking at people, surrendering, peacefully venturing out to the enemy, kicking teammates, you know the kind of shit - generally doing things the game was not intended for. It's just mild trolling, and I think if you had more evidence, or watched MikhailUSA play more, you'd realise that the intention was never to ruin anyone's experience or harass anyone, it's just to see another very regular player would want to have a laugh. And Incapable doesn't, so MikhailUSA says he'll stop.
Incapable was obviously pissed off, hence the "it got to the point", short dramatic sentences, admins actually being in every photo then nice replies afterwards saying it was a shame and he's not vindictive. Why didn't Incapable ask MikhailUSA if he would stop, rather than making a ban request if was really happy to drop it? It would have been a more accurate and appropriate framing of the complaint to have included that these are the only instances and it would be a shame to ban MikhailUSA in the initial post. Look, I have seen MikhailUSA play since I returned 6 months ago and this is not a player that is ruining anyone elses enjoyment.
Napoleon, this seems unnecessary, you gave no chance for MikhailUSA to say anything when Incapable offered to drop it and no warnings. This should never have been official, apology should have done it in my opinion.
